My order has been shipped but I have not received it, what can I do?

If your package has been shipped, you should have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your order. We invite you to track your order using the tracking number provided in this email to know the progress of your package. If your package appears to be stuck or you have any other questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to help you at any time and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

What are the delivery times ?

After validation and processing of your order. We ship your order within 24 to 48 hours on business days and delivery is generally within 7 to 15 days. There may be a delay in delivery, don't worry, you can always chat with us by email, chat at the bottom right of the store and ask your questions ;).

I don't live in France (mainland), can I receive my order?

No problem, we deliver perfectly to Europe, Canada and the French Overseas Territories. You can also consult our delivery times on our dedicated “DELIVERY & SHIPPING” page. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will offer you the best solution for fast delivery.

How to track my order ?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with order details. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Can I modify my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To modify your order, please contact support by submitting your request via the "Contact" form.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you can email or chat with us. Please note that if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to do anything for you.
